Our Process

We believe your wedding film experience should feel simple, stress-free, and personal from start to finish. Here’s what working with us looks like:

Arrival

Our arrival time will be set during our meeting in the preparation phase. We arrive on-time, and are with you throughout the day!

Getting Ready & Ceremony

We take a "fly-on-the-wall" approach to videography. You won't find us doing much directing, rather, we opt to capture the authentic moments from your ceremony and preparations.

Reception

We'll join you on the dance floor, keeping the good times rolling! From toasts and first dances, to your getaway car, we'll be there to help you remember it all.

Initial Inquiry

Reach out to us to inquire on your wedding date availability. We will answer any questions you may have regarding the process, and explore any customizations you would like.

Booking & Contracting

Upon signing your agreement of service, you'll pay a 25% retainer fee to officially reserve your day.

Payments

Pay as often, or as little as you'd like. The only payment deadline is 7 days before your event, the account must be paid in full.

Day-Of Wedding

We take your memories very seriously. Which is why before we even leave your venue, a backup of all footage from your day has already been created. No data loss here!

Editing

We will process all of the footage from your event (usually around 500GB worth of video) and turn it into a cinematic recount of your favorite day!

Delivery

We'll provide you a proof to review within a month! Love it? Great! We'll share public links with you to spread with all of your family and friends? Missing something? We'll make it right every time.
