Can I cancel my subscription? What happens to my site if I cancel?

All of our subscription plans are cancellable. If you choose to cancel, you may be billed for the remainder of your balance to maintain your domain name and website hosting. Your website will remain active through the rest of the year. You will receive information about keeping access to your site or how to transfer it to another management agency at cancellation.
What if I do not like the website designed for me?

We take pride in the design process to give you a website that you're sure to love. Each site is crafted with the business it serves in mind, so unsatisfactory is very rare. In such a case, though, Vast Media will make every reasonable effort to redesign a site to fit the users requests.

How is my site secure?

Can I still edit my own site?

All subscribers are given an administrator account on their own website. You are free to make changes, edit, and customize your own site as you see fit. Please know that website customization can be challenging, and some changes you make to your site (such as DNS, domain, and hosting changes) can take your website offline. We offer unlimited changes on our higher plans, and recommend it if you want peace of mind with changing your website.
Can you take over my existing website?

Of course! We are happy to review your existing site and either build off of it, or replace it with a fully customized and personalized website designed from scratch by us. Pricing is subject to be different with website take-overs.
